20-Hours of Continuing Education
Alaska real estate licensees must complete 20 hours of continuing education every two years. For this renewal cycle, all required coursework must be completed by January 31, 2026. This includes 8 hours of Designated Continuing Education (DCE) and 12 hours of Elective Continuing Education (ECE). Completing these online courses will satisfy all 20 hours of your continuing education requirements for license renewal.

Environmental Issues & Land Use (2 Credits)
Fair Housing & Property Management (2 Credits)
Required Licensee Disclosures (2 Credits)
Elective Continuing Education (ECE) Courses:
Communication & E-Signing (2 Credits)
Business Planning (2 Credits)
Effective Communication (2 Credits)
Real Estate Safety (2 Credits)
Fraud Negligence & Liability (2 Credits)
Evaluation & Pricing (2 Credits)
You will receive your certificates once all the courses are completed and you have passed the tests with a score of 80% or higher.
