6- Hour Alaska State Law Class
This course is designed for individuals who already hold a real estate license in another state. The requirements are as follows:
- Be at least 19 years of age
- Complete an Alaska Real Estate Commission-approved Alaska Law Only (6 hour) pre-licensing course
- Pass the real estate salesperson exam
- Submit a salesperson's license by endorsement application for licensure under a broker with the appropriate licensing fees
- Note: If an individual holds or has ever held a real estate license in another state(s) a license history is required from each state before a license will be issued.
